This corset was commissioned on etsy.com by a small busted woman.  The corset is made of silk brocade and lined with silk dupioni.  It is cinched by a standard busk in the front and has lacing in back.

 

 

 

These gowns have bustiers built in.  The boning is plastic and the bustier is made of the lining fabric.  Bustiers are not as confining as corsets.  Corsets are recommended for altering the shape of the wearer.  A bustier can provide lift and support, but is not recommended for binding or changing skeletal structure.
