The Moulin Rouge
Kelly Barker wanted an unusual prom gown. Her parents told her that, since she had never asked for anything for herself, she could have any gown she wanted for her senior prom. She gave me these photos.
Here is the gown I made for her. It has a Victorian walking skirt, since she didn’t want the full trumpet skirt. It has a removable crinoline just in the back. The jacket/vest combination can be removed to reveal a strapless black satin bodice.
Here is the hat, which completes the ensemble. It is black velvet with a black blusher that can be brought over the face.
